Risk for allergies -アレルギーに対するリスク-

When you apply for the experience at the store or on the Internet, we will assume that you have cleared your allergy. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any allergic symptoms.
当店が主体で扱う「そば粉」は重篤な症状を起こすアレルギー食材のひとつです。まず、ご自身や、お子様、友人などのアレルギー体質を把握した上で、ご体験ください。ご体験を店頭やネット上でお申し込みされた時点でアレルギー体質をクリヤーした上で申し込みされたことと判断致します。このアレルギー症状に伴う責任を、当店では一切負えないということ、十分にご理解お願い致します。
Risk of injury -ケガに対するリスク-
Our experience involves the use of knives. Please understand that there is a risk of injury not only with kitchen knives but also with all tools used to make soba, and please take care of yourself, being in good physical condition to use such tools carefully. In particular, safety measures have been taken to prevent injuries that may occur when using knives, and there is no risk of injury during normal manual techniques. We ask for your understanding that we are not responsible for any injuries that may occur when performing manual techniques (falling, swinging, pranks, and goofing around) that are different from the normal soba slashing experience. Also, please be sure to take extra safety precautions than usual when your child participates, under the protection of his or her parents, and with the parent and child. Please understand that it is the responsibility of the parents to take care of their children’s experience.
当店の体験は、包丁を使います。包丁だけではなく、そばを作る道具すべてにおいて、ケガに対するリスクがあることをご理解と、その道具を慎重に使う体調である自己管理をお願い致します。特に包丁を使う時に生じるケガへの安全対策は施してあり、通常の手技でケガをすることがありません。通常、そばを斬る体験とは違う手技（落下や振り上げ、いたずら、ふざけ）を行った時のケガに対して、当店は一切の責任を負いませんので、ご理解のほどお願い致します。また、お子様の参加時には、必ず、親の保護の元、いつも以上の安全に配慮して親子参加ください。お子様の体験に対するケアは、親御さんの責任となること合わせてご理解ください。
Flour and Halal Risks -小麦粉とハラールリスク-
Our restaurant also serves as a restaurant where you can dine. While we do our best to understand the ingredients of our food products, we do not inform our customers of any carry-over of ingredients. Soy sauce may contain trace amounts of wheat. We do our best to accommodate your preferences, but please understand that we cannot be responsible for the ingredients. We do not use any Halal-certified ingredients, so please understand that the choice of ingredients is the customer’s own.
当店はお食事をして頂くレストランも兼ねています。可能な限りの食材原料の把握はしておりますが、原料のキャリーオーバーに関しては、食品表示義務があるもの、ないものがあるため、お客様にすべてをご提示できません。たとえば日本の醤油の中には微量に小麦由来の原料が入っている可能性があります。極力、好みはお聞きして対応するようにしておりますが、原材料に対する責任までは当店では負えないこと、ご了承下さい。ハラールに関しても、とりわけハラール認定食材を使用してはおりませんので、食材の選択はお客様ご自身でやって頂くことなりますこと、ご理解のほど、よろしくお願いたします。
Cancellation Policy for Experiences
体験に関するキャンセルポリシー

Definition of Reservation -予約の定義-
There is no contract called “tentative reservation.” When you make a reservation, it becomes a real contract.
Please note that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
仮予約という契約はございませんので、予約を入れられた時点で本契約となります。
ご予約は先着順となりますので、本契約前にはお気をつけ下さいませ。
Definition of Cancellation -キャンセルの定義-
This includes not only skipping out on a reservation for a trial, but also a significant reduction in the number of participants.
For example, a large decrease in the number of participants such as “20 participants turned out to be 10 7 days before the event” is also subject to this rule.
If you have to cancel due to illness, sudden accident, suspected contagious disease, or other reasons that force us to ask you not to come to our restaurant, please contact us to discuss the cancellation fee, which is not subject to collection.
体験予約をすっぽかしてしまうことも当然ながら、大幅な体験人数の減数も対象となります。
例えば、「20名の参加数が開催7日前に10名になってしまった」こんな大幅な減少も対象となりますのでご注意下さい。
ご病気や突然の事故、伝染病の疑いなどで当店から来店をご遠慮頂きたい場合などで、やむなくキャンセルをしないとならない場合は、キャンセル料徴収の対象外となりますので、ご相談下さい。
For general customers -一般のお客様の場合-
Reservation cancellations for about 1-3 people can be made without charge if you contact us by 10:00 a.m. on the day of the event.
However, if the cancellation is made after 10:00 a.m., a cancellation fee will be charged in order to prepare raw materials for the number of people.
Please note that we may charge a cancellation fee of 20%.
1～3名ぐらいの予約キャンセルは、開催日当日10時までにご連絡頂ければ、無償でキャンセルして頂けます。
ただし、10時を超えてしまった場合は、人数分の原材料を準備するため、キャンセル料の対象となります。
20％のキャンセル料をご請求することもありますので、ご注意下さい。
For Conductors, Companies, and Agencies -コンダクター・企業・各代理店さまの場合-
Even for individual conductors, when handling a group of 5 to 30 people, when a company is planning a team-building experience for a large number of people, or when an agency is planning an experience program for a group tour, a large amount of equipment and ingredients are required. We ask that you sign the contract at least 4 weeks prior to the event date.
If an experience is cancelled between 14 days and 8 days prior to the event date after the contract has been signed, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
For dates between 7 and 4 days prior to the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
3 days prior to the event, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
To avoid the possibility of having to collect cancellation fees (legal action), please try to keep in close contact with us in the event of a large group.
個人コンダクターさまでありましても、5～30名を扱うような場合、企業さまのチームビルディング要素でまとまった人数の体験の場合、また、代理店さまで、団体旅行における体験プログラムなどの場合には、備品の準備や食材も大量に必要になるため、開催日4週間前までには開催契約をお願いしております。
契約後のキャンセルはその日程によりキャンセル料が課せられます。
開催日14～8日前の日程で30％
開催日7～4日前の日程で50％
3日前の日程で100％のキャンセル料となります。
キャンセル料徴収（法的措置）という流れになりませんよう、大人数の際は、当方と密にご連絡を取り合うことに努めて下さい。

開示等にあたり、当社では手数料の徴収はいたしません。

当社は、第三者が提供するサービスを用いて本サービスの品質向上または表示するコンテンツや広告等を個別のお客様向けに最適化するために、 クッキーおよびアクセスログ等の情報を第三者に提供する場合があります。 当該第三者の提供するサービスは行動ターゲティング等についてをご確認ください。
7. 安全管理措置について
当社は、お客様に安心して本サービスをご利用いただけるように、個人情報の漏洩、滅失またはき損等の危険に対して、 合理的な安全対策および予防・是正措置を講じます。
8. 個人情報に関するお問い合わせ等について
個人情報に関するお問い合わせおよび苦情・相談に関するお申し出、開示等の請求はコンタクトページのフォームよりお願いいたします。
