そば打ち教室の多くは、苦労して作った素晴らしい蕎麦をお持ち帰りというスタイルも少なくありません。せっかく打ち立てのそばがそこにあるのに劣化させてしまうこととなってしまいます。楽常では打ち立ての一番美味しい最高峰の蕎麦を味わって頂く上で、斬り終えてから5分も経たないうちに即茹で！他店では絶対に味わえない、明確にそばの香りと旨さを体感できます。そして、ただただ盛るだけの素そばだけじゃなく、もっと自由な発想で蕎麦を味わえるよう季節折々のフレーバーをご用意し、若い方や外国の方にも美味しく召し上がって頂けるように創意工夫しています。

We had a fun hour (and a bit!) making and eating ramen at Sobagiri! Our 10 and 13 year old were able to make their own ramen and the folks were great about lending them a hand so that they could succeed. It was very fun and the master ramen maker was very funny as were his helpers! The finished product was very tasty and we were offered a canned beverage and glass of sake to accompany the meal. The English translation is provided via taped audio, and is incorporated very well into the presentation. They even had a left handed knife for our teen. Awesome experience and a great lunch!

Highly recommend this lovely work shop… we took our family (myself, my husband, my 9 year old and 70 year old mother) and had such a fun time! Everyone is so kind and helpful and the noodles are delicious!!!! Thank you for showing us how to make yummy ramen!

I had such a great experience at the Sobagirl Ramen Making Class! The class was fun, interactive, and very well organized. The staff did an excellent job explaining each step of the ramen-making process in a way that was easy to understand, even for beginners. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable.

I loved learning how to prepare authentic ramen from scratch, and it was so rewarding to enjoy the bowl we made at the end. The atmosphere was welcoming and the instructors made sure everyone felt comfortable and included.

If you’re looking for a unique and memorable food experience, I highly recommend this class. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

What a wonderful way to learn Soba making process, it's not that easy to make only for an one person size, but the instructor developed very clever way to start with. I basically mastered making soba within 30 min. The back wheat flour was from the best place in Nagano. Smells great. Tasted fantastic.
Highly recommend.
